File submission format requirements.
To facilitate efficient processing, please prepare the documents according to the following specifications:
Accepted formats: XLS, XLSX, ACCESS, etc. Required field column names: Serial Number, Product Name, P/N (Part Number), Status (e.g., FN, NE, NS, OH, SV, etc.; for order-based production or maintenance services, please clearly indicate the status in the Status column), Quantity (actual inventory quantity, monthly production capacity, or weekly production capacity), Certificate Type (e.g., FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CAAC, etc.), Delivery Lead Time (applicable to capacity-related information such as processing, manufacturing, maintenance, and futures). For first-time submitters, please attach a detailed explanation of the “status codes” used to avoid any potential misinterpretation.
Suggested additional information or acceptable columns (if any):
Price (including currency), part number or replacement part number, host model / applicable aircraft model / equipment model, remaining service life (if applicable), restricted sales regions (if any), and current primary sales regions. Additionally, please include the following company/personal information in the document: Company name (or individual’s full name), contact details (telephone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.), country and detailed address, accepted settlement currencies, relevant certification credentials (e.g., AS9120, ISO, FAA/EASA/CAAC certifications—please provide a brief description), and more.
